training update
after the competion i took almost 2 weeks off i was hurting started back now been doing 5x5 for a couple weeks to get the body doing some more reps and buidling some endurance and burn fat etc etc gonna keep doing it for a few more weeks then switch back to my reg training so far i'm up to 415 squat 305 bench and 495 dead everything beltless and everything 5x5, doing a ton of foam rolling and stretching and walking 3 times a week which i havn't done in ages i'm going to be more consistant with my posts after i get back to my reg type of training
