training update
training has been mediocre for a while probly the worst couple months in recent years between holidays sickness injury's and life stuff gettin in the way i'm not pleased at all, however everything is starting to come back to place, squats are down from injury in quad but have made solid improvements every training session since i took 2 weeks off squatting latest session was 405x3 425x3x3 beltless 455x2 belt drop down to 365x6x2 beltless, bench is just down slightly from my best ever volume training so overall not back most recent 340x3x6 300x6x2 and deads sittin in same boat as bench 535x3x3 545x3x3 455x6x2 all beltless. I plan on keeping a steady log now that things seem to be back on track, as well lost a substantial amount of bodyfat probly from stress and not eating looks good but doesnt' help me lift anymore, bodyweight is down too probly 203 in the am havn't checked consistantly in a couple weeks was like 207 last night. nationals 37 days away
