sunday october 30th 2011 squats and bench

i missed yesterdays training because i felt ill the whole day didn't even move off the couch went in today and everything felt heavier than normal was able to push through the squats with sloppy technique and the bench totally fell apart  missed my first bench because i couldn't lock it out in maybe over a year

355x2 missed the third stopped there and called it a day
